Products and Availability
NOVI offers modern lighting products. Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and promotions may be updated at any time. Minor differences in color, finish, scale, or packaging may occur.
Orders
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We may cancel or refuse an order if information is inaccurate, payment cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not possible.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Taxes and Import Charges
Any sales tax NOVI is legally required to collect will be shown before payment. Import-duty and customs-clearance terms remain pending logistics-provider confirmation and will be published in the Shipping Policy once verified.
