Shipping Destinations
During our first phase, NOVI ships from China to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or PO boxes.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for supported destinations, with no minimum order value.
Processing and Transit Times
Confirmed processing and transit estimates are still being verified with our logistics provider. They are not yet published as a delivery commitment. Once verified, processing time and transit time will be shown separately on this page and before checkout.
If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing time, we will notify you by email with a revised estimate. You may choose to wait or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
Business days exclude weekends. Public holidays at the shipping origin or destination may affect processing and delivery.
Import Charges and Sales Tax
Import-duty and customs-clearance terms are still being verified with our logistics provider and are not yet published as a customer commitment. Any sales tax that NOVI is legally required to collect will be shown before payment.
Tracking
A tracking number or tracking link will be provided after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Delays and Lost Packages
If tracking has passed the published delivery estimate, email support@justnovi.com with your order number. NOVI will help investigate the shipment. If the carrier confirms that a parcel is lost in transit, you may choose a replacement or a refund.
